Product costs as shown on this website do not include postage costs.  We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels.
Postage is added on as part of the check out process and calculated once your delivery address and postcode is added. 

All items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering if payment made by credit card; however direct bank deposit orders will be posted as soon as the payment is received.

Returns/Exchanges

To return an item simply fill out the “contact us” form stating your details and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.  We will then notify you of the address to return the item(s) to.  The item(s) needs to be returned with original packaging and postage will be at your cost.  Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date - unused. Once the item(s) are received by us we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.
